Attorney Joel H. Rosenthal has five decades of legal experience in the general practice of law with an emphasis on criminal defense. In addition, he has also handled personal injury, real estate, probate, family matters and civil litigation.

Attorney Rosenthal has handled thousands of cases during his legal career including motions hearings, jury trials and appeals, both civil and criminal, before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. His primary practice has been in the courts of southeastern Wisconsin. However, he has also handled cases in Alabama, California, Florida, and Michigan.

At the present time, Attorney Rosenthal’s practice is focused primarily in the field of criminal defense In the counties of southeastern Wisconsin.
